A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr

What we are looking for

n

n
An experienced recruiter (3+ years) coming from a strong agency recruitment background. Open to sector change however experience in sales or marketing recruitment is preferred
n
A track record of navigating and growing accounts - both existing relationships and new client contacts
n
Ethical, value driven recruiter with a strong morale compass
n
Can work well in a high performing, team-oriented team
n
Have the drive and attitude to be a high performer
n
Good mix of IQ / EQ
n

Responsibilities

n

n
Inherit a substantial customer base and work a dual desk across all Sales or Marketing Roles.
n
Report to a hands-on Director who operates within the Executive space, passing on roles and relationships outside his remit.
n
Expect a steady flow of live roles from day one.
n




Focus on growing/expanding house/existing accounts and avoid new BD.
n
Scale out existing PSA clients and build out your own business where appropriate.
n
Work with a broad client base including Financial Services and C&I; clients (e.g., Macquarie Bank, ASX, Ampol, Qantas, Woolies).
n

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment with a strong agency background (3+ years preferred).
n
Proven ability to navigate and grow accounts with existing relationships and new client contacts.
n
Ethical, value-driven, with a robust morale compass.
n
Ability to work well in a high-performing, collaborative team.
n
