At Lorna Jane Westpoint you'll lead a team of retail sales assistants and take full ownership of everything that matters: the culture on the floor, the results at the end of the week, and the operational standard that holds it all together.

Retail leadership experience and the commercial instincts to back it up

Operational confidence including VM, stock, and store standards

The ability to lead people and run the business simultaneously
