HustleTalent is excited to be partnering with a quick-growing fintech content company reshaping how Australians engage with investment education and financial literacy.

We're looking for a hands-on video producer who can shoot, edit, and ship founder-led content at pace. You'll be in the room (and on the road) with the CEO—capturing real conversations, real environments, and turning them into compelling video content that actually lands.

What you'll do:

Film weekly with the CEO (studio, office, on-location)
n
Travel for conferences, market visits, and ad hoc shoots
n
Edit long and short-form content from raw footage to final cut
n
Make creative calls on pacing, hooks, and narrative structure
n
Deliver polished assets ready for YouTube, social, and paid ads
n
Own the entire video pipeline—capture to deployment
n

You're the right fit if:

Can film and edit independently (Premiere/Final Cut proficiency)
n
Have sharp instincts for storytelling and attention-holding
n
Thrives in rapid-moving, founder-led environments
n
Travel doesn't phase you—it energizes you
n
Ship > perfect is your creative philosophy
n
Have experience working with founders or personal brands (bonus)
