Your new role Reporting to the finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of accounts receivable, payable and administrative processes.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Raising and processing customer invoices
n
Creating and maintaining customer credit applications
n
Following up outstanding payments and managing collections
n
Reconciling bank statements and receipts
n
Maintaining accurate financial records
n
Scanning and filing documentation relating to product samples
n
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n
Previous experience in an Accounts Officer,
Finance Officer or similar role
n
Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
n
Experience working with an ERP system (SAP experience highly regarded but not essential)
n
Excellent communication skills and a skilled approach when liaising with customers
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
n
n
