Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a strategic CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead lifecycle marketing and loyalty initiatives across consumer brands. You will report to the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager and drive engagement, retention and long-term value by delivering campaigns, segmentation, and loyalty optimisations.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Service, Digital and IT to leverage data and technology, shaping the CRM and loyalty roadmap for a growing customer-centric function.
