Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.

Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals.

Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed and replenished.

Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up-to-date on pet care, products, and services.

Contribute to a fun, supportive culture in‐store where the team loves coming to work each and every day.

Have a strong safety mindset with a commitment to create a culture of safety within your team.

Qualifications

A passion for animals and for providing the best customer service.
n
Experience in a similar retail environment.
n
Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
n




Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
n
Physically fit, with the ability to lift products up to 20kg.
n
Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
n
