Availability: Weekday and weekend shifts (mornings, evenings, and mid-day)

Your Role:

As a key point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll be responsible for:
Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism
Managing bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries
Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, productive front-of-house operations




Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces
Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues

Who You Are:
You thrive in a quick-paced, premium setting
You’re naturally organised, proactive, and people-focused
You bring a high standard of personal presentation and communication
You’re a team player who owns your role and takes pride in exceeding expectations
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality or wellness is highly regarded, but energy, attitude, and reliability matter most
