We're seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our aged care team and deliver exceptional outcomes for the local community. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to shape your team, influence performance, and make a genuine difference every day.

Lead the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring high-quality, person‐centred care

Drive performance in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational goals

Oversee care planning and clinical documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy

Build, coach and develop a high-performing team

Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture
n
Manage workforce planning and resources to ensure sustainable operations

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
