About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employment Consultant to join the Employment Services team in Sutherland and Menai. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Regional Manager.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of participants, supporting them to overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment. You will develop tailored job plans, provide ongoing coaching and guidance, and actively engage with employers to create job opportunities.
You will also work closely with internal teams and external support services to ensure a holistic and person-centred approach.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Employment Services (Inclusive Employment Australia, DES, Workforce Australia or similar)
Robust track record of achieving KPIs and outcomes
Excellent case management and participant engagement skills
Ability to build relationships with employers and stakeholders
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Confidence using case management systems and digital tools
Current driving licence, Working with Children's Check (or ability to obtain)
