We are seeking a Site Supervisor with robust residential construction experience to join our team. There is a manageable number of jobs in the round, enabling you to oversee every component of the build and maintain quality control standards.

Requirements of the role
Experience in assessing and managing safety hazards and the ability to drive a safety culture
Be able to manage multiple projects at any one time
Deliver and maintain a high quality and have an active quality trade base.
Have excellent communication,



organisational and time management skills.
Previous experience as a site supervisor in residential construction (5 years minimum)
Be able to work independently and unsupervised whilst remaining part of a team.
Be able to problem solve and remain calm under times of pressure
IT and computer competency.
Experience in a single-storey market.
Full clean driving licence.
