Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable interactions.

Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets.

Complete sales transactions and aim to reach store sales goals.
n
Maintain a high standard of store presentation and ensure accurate stock display and replenishment.
n
Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services.
n
Contribute to a supportive and fun in‐store culture.
n
Promote a strong safety mindset and create a culture of safety within the team.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Passion for animals and providing excellent customer service.
n
Experience in a similar retail environment.
n
Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
n




Robust interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
n
Physically fit with the ability to lift products up to 20kg.
n
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
n
