In 2026 we are looking for coaches across School Programs, After School programs, Vacation Care Programs and we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable coaches to join our team!

About the Role

n

You'll be delivering fun, engaging, and skill-building sessions for primary school-aged children throughout the summer holidays. Each day brings a recent group of kids, so you'll need plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and a love of sport.

This is a outstanding opportunity for:

University students or graduates in sports, teaching, or recreation

Community coaches looking for extra summer work

Anyone passionate about getting kids active and learning new skills

What You'll Need

n

n
Experience playing or coaching sports
n
A current paid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability

What You'll Do

n

Coach and supervise groups of children inactivities
n
Deliver multiple fun, structured programs each day
n
Represent NLS with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on safety
n
Ensure every child has a great experience and leaves with a smile!
