What You'll Be Doing In This Role
n
As a Diploma‐qualified Educator, you'll provide quality education and care to children, supporting and facilitating their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and the early learning framework.
n
Your Care Work May Include

Contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework.
n
Develop positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families, and the community.
n
Facilitate play‐based learning environments responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
n
Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

Who We're Looking For
n
n
Diploma in Children Services (essential), with prior experience at Diploma level in an early learning service.
n
Work history demonstrating recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
n
Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
n
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
n
Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness, aligned with values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
