About The Role
Flinders Aviation is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) or experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to join its growing team in Redcliffe, Queensland. This role offers a diverse and hands-on environment with exposure to both maintenance and engineering support for aircraft paint projects.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Aircraft inspections and defect rectification
Disassembly and reassembly for paint projects
Troubleshooting and system maintenance
Working alongside the paint and engineering teams to deliver high quality aircraft outcomes
Maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and compliance records
Essential Requirements
Holds a CASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence (LAME), or is a highly experienced AME
Experience on fixed wing aircraft
Works well within a team environment
Takes pride in workmanship and attention to detail
Robust communication and organisational skills
Adaptable and enjoys variety in work
Desirable Rotary wing experience is highly regarded, and turbine aircraft experience preferred.
Experience across both fixed and rotary aircraft will be highly regarded.
