We are seeking a friendly and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our practice on a casual basis, with the prospect to start within 1–2 weeks.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Duties include:
Patient check-in and check-out
Answering phones and managing appointments
Medicare/EFTPOS processing
General administrative and reception duties
Essential Requirements
Previous experience as a medical receptionist
Best Practice software knowledge (essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace
Job Type: Casual Pay: $32.95 – $36.40 per hour
