Responsibilities

Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to participants
n
Deliver high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants
n
Participate in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes
n
Work with clients to set achievable goals to support independent functioning
n
Reporting: document disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management
n

Essential Qualifications And Experience
n
n
Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
n
Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
n
Valid Australian driver's license and access to a car
n
Unrestricted Australian work rights

Robust written and verbal communication skills
n
Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
