As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through secure medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

What You'll Do

n

n
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
n
Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
n
Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
n
Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
n
Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly
n
Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
n
Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates
n
Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
n
Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards
n
You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We're Looking For

n

n




Active LPN license in good standing
n
CPR and First Aid certification
n
Strong assessment and documentation skills
n
Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
n

Pay Range

38.55 - 51.50
