CHEFS REQUIRED – FULL TIME

The desired candidate will be motivated and dedicated to work as well as being encouraged to demonstrate your creativity and skills during the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will work in a team of professionals who share your love of cooking & will be involved in the efficient running of a busy high-volume kitchen.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

Experience in fast-paced settings and high-volume conditions
n
Have excellent time management ability and organisational skills
n
Take pride in the work you produce and have passion for what you do
n
Previous experience in high-volume, multi-venue operations is advantageous
n
An enthusiastic attitude and a good work ethic
n
Immediate start in busy restaurants
n
An ability to work as part of a team and produce a consistent product is a must
n

Main tasks include:

Planning menus
n
Preparing and cooking food
n
Monitoring quality and presentation of dishes
n
Training staff
n
Follow all health regulations and explain to others
n
Advise on required cooking procedures
n

This role requires full time, including some early mornings and late nights as well as weekends.

Salary range = $72,000 -82,000 plus super
