What You'll Do:

Support the Store Manager in running all aspects of store operations
n
Lead, coach and motivate team members to achieve targets and provide excellent service
n
Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and stock presentation
n
Assist in managing stock control, rostering, and daily reporting
n
Act as a role model for the team and step up as acting Store Manager when needed
n
At least 2 years' experience in retail
n
Strong communication and people skills
n
Organised, reliable, and confident in a quick-paced environment
n
A passion for retail,

Availability to work across weekends and trading hours
