Job Description

Own and maintain Supply Chain SOPs, process documentation and governance frameworks.
n Develop and track performance metrics across safety, customer service, operational excellence and commercial performance.
n Deliver meaningful analysis and insights that support better operational decisions.
n Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across plants, logistics, fleet and dispatch.
n Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational performance issues.
n Support digital transformation, reporting enhancements and AI-enabled process improvements.
n Partner with operational leaders to embed standards and drive consistent execution across the network.

Requirements

Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or performance analysis.
n
Robust process mapping, governance and continuous improvement capability.
n
Advanced analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
n
Commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into business insights.
n
Proven stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
n
Experience working within complex, multi-site operational settings.
n




Experience within construction materials, manufacturing, transport, logistics or heavy industry will be highly regarded.
