About the role:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
n
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Troubleshoot technical issues to help customers make the most of our platform.
n




Keep up to date with insurance industry knowledge to provide the best possible recommendations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management.
n
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
