Our client is a global investment manager with a long-established presence across Australia and international markets. They manage significant capital on behalf of institutional investors, with a portfolio spanning core-plus and value add infrastructure and industrial assets. As the firm continues to grow its Sydney-based team, they are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join at a pivotal stage.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role across the investment lifecycle (origination and due diligence through to execution and asset management). You'll work closely with portfolio companies, co-investors, and internal stakeholders to drive value creation across the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support transaction execution, including financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring
Contribute to origination efforts and market mapping across target infrastructure sectors
Manage relationships with portfolio company management teams and boards




Support asset management initiatives to drive operational and financial performance
Prepare investment committee papers and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a cooperative team culture

About You
5+ years' experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Infrastructure Value Add Investment.
Solid financial modelling and valuation skills, with hands-on deal execution experience
Demonstrated experience across due diligence and transaction execution
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Degree qualified in finance, commerce, engineering, or a related discipline; CFA or equivalent highly regarded
