Manly Wharf is buzzing, and we’re looking for Kitchen Attendants to join our growing team across our venues. With waterfront views, a fast-paced atmosphere and a team that knows how to be collaborative, there’s never a dull moment.

As a Kitchen Attendant, you’ll be an important part of keeping our kitchens running smoothly. You’ll help the chefs and wider kitchen team deliver great service by:

We're currently recruiting Kitchen Attendants across the following venues:
Stanley – current venue opening
Felons
Felons Seafood
Hugo's

Key Responsibilities:
Keeping kitchen areas clean, organised and safe
Washing dishes, equipment and utensils
Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Assisting with deliveries, stock movement and kitchen organisation
Keeping benches, floors and equipment clean throughout service
Jumping in wherever the kitchen team needs a hand

What we're looking for:
Reliable, energetic and hardworking
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting
Team players who are happy to lend a hand
Organised and take pride in keeping things clean
Available to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends
Hospitality experience is great,



but not essential
