Breight Group is seeking skilled and experienced Rope Access Coded Welders available in August 2026.

Job Overview

n

Largest Rope Access team in the Mining Industry of WA. Candidates must be coded in Manual Metal Arc Welding to 4G & 4F.

n

Responsibilities

n

Perform welding duties in accordance with industry standards and codes to ensure the structural integrity and quality of the work.

n

Qualifications

n

n
Proven experience as a Coded Welder.
n
Coded Welding Qualification in codes 4G & 4F.
n
Australian work rights.
n
Confined Spaces (within 2 years).
n
Working at Heights (within 2 years).
n
Current IRATA Qualification (all levels accepted).
n
Ability to pass a medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screen.
n
Ability to undertake and pass a weld test up to Australian Standards 1554.1.
n
Rio Tinto inducted preferred but not mandatory.
n
