Role Description This part time Junior Project Coordinator role at Multimodal NE is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

The Junior Project

Coordinator supports project managers with day-to-day coordination, including updating project plans, tracking timelines, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, following up on action items, and assisting with stakeholder communication. The role also involves basic data entry and reporting, monitoring project progress against milestones, and flagging potential issues for escalation.

Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports process improvements, and contributes to a structured and efficient project delivery environment.

Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.




Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
Basic project coordination skills, including experience with scheduling, documentation, and status tracking.
Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management or task-tracking tools).
Attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills to identify issues and support practical solutions.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid workplace (in office in Sydney, NSW and remote).
Relevant education or training in project management, business, operations, or a related field is beneficial.
Prior internship, entry-level experience, or coursework involving coordination or administration is an advantage.
