Utopia Bubble Tea is looking for an energetic and friendly Junior Barista/Team Member to join our team at DFO Perth.

This is an excellent entry-level chance for a school student or someone looking to gain experience in hospitality and customer service. Previous barista, bubble-tea or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential—full training will be provided.

Employment type
Casual or part-time, depending on the successful applicant
Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Weekend and school-holiday availability is essential

Your responsibilities
Preparing bubble tea, coffee and other beverages
Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Preparing ingredients and restocking supplies
Maintaining a clean and organised workplace
Following food-safety and hygiene procedures
Assisting the team during busy periods

Parking Staff parking at DFO Perth is paid; however, employees are eligible for a discounted staff parking rate.

Pay and applicable penalty rates will be provided according to the relevant award.
