Overview

n

We are looking for Hospitality Assistants for our residential home at Oaklands Park. As a passionate and experienced Hospitality Assistant, Cleaners and Laundry assistants, you will work as a member of our large hospitality team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of catering, cleaning and laundry services.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Assist with the catering service to meet residents' food requirements: food preparation, storage, hygiene, distribution and serving meals.
n
Follow written protocols for special dietary requests.
n
Assist with the preparation of the dining rooms.
n
Work with the food safety plan and legislative guidelines.
n
Maintain a high standard of cleaning of residents' rooms and all general areas.
n
Adhere to infection control, manual handling and WHS procedures.
n
Maintain efficient and open communication.
n

What you bring

n

n
Experience in basic food preparation preferred but not essential.
n




Experience in micro‐fibre cleaning preferred but not essential.
n
Excellent customer service approach, friendly and bubbly personality.
n
Effective time‐management skills and experience in a rapid‐paced environment.
n
Basic understanding of requirements to support residents living with dementia and knowledge of aged‐care standards is highly regarded.
n
