Are you passionate about food and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Crew at our franchise location in Manly, Australia. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and authentic flavours to our valued guests.

Provide warm and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
n
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Prepare a variety of menu items, including crafting burritos and other specialities
n
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
n
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
n
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
n
Handle cash and card transactions with precision
n
Assist with basic food preparation tasks
n




Contribute to a positive work workplace through teamwork and a can-do attitude
n
Adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure during busy periods
n

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
n
Basic food preparation skills and willingness to learn recent techniques
n
Strong team player mentality with excellent communication skills
n
Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
n
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
n
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
n
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is advantageous
n
Residence within 10km of Manly CBD preferred
n
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
n
Passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences
