Reporting to a Construction Manager, managing a Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet
Focus on commercial, education and age care construction projects in the $5 - 50 million range
Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025/ 2026
35 years trading historyNorthern Sydney based

You will have:
A Construction Management Degree or similar
Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
Commercial construction experience on projects over $15 million is highly desirable
MS Project experience sought, with Procore knowledge
A steady career history and proven construction management background
Ability to lead and development multi disciplined project teams
