Job Description

PepsiCo Australia is seeking a Weekend Frontline Maintenance Manager to lead our weekend maintenance team and ensure all activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You will partner with production, engineering and quality teams to maximise plant availability.

This role operates Friday to Monday across a four-day cycle, overseeing contractors, driving continuous improvement, and upholding HACCP and GMP standards in a rapid-paced FMCG setting.
