Injury Management Advisor - NSW CTP

n

Role type: Full Time hybrid role for an Injury Management Advisor in the Compulsory Third Party scheme. Our client is an International Insurer.

n

This is a rewarding role with the chance to positively influence and assist individuals who have sustained an injury following a motor vehicle accident.

Responsibilities

n

n
Review treatment, rehabilitation and care needs to support an individual's recovery progress
n
Support, coach and upskill claims team to effectively manage injuries and guide them to best practice claims management
n
Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including medical and rehab professionals to assist with recovery progress
n
Implement strategies for successful return to work and function
n
Understand and apply legislative requirements
n

Qualifications / Skills

n

n




Previous experience and qualifications in injury rehabilitation or allied health. Experience in CTP or insurer settings is preferred
n
Leadership skills including coaching/training ability
n
Solid communication skills with ability to engage and have a positive influence
n
Exceptional time management
n
Positive attitude, able to work collaboratively and in a team
n

n

This role is primarily located in Parramatta, NSW, with flexibility for some remote work.
