About the Company

Macmahon Maintenance Masters is Macmahon’s internal labour support division, providing specialist support to Macmahon's surface and underground mining operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a current challenge every day.

About The Role We are looking for Digger Mechanics to join the team! You’ll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on Excavators across our KOTH Project; providing high-level support, troubleshooting and expertise. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Role Details and Perks
Location: KOTH I Located 25km North of Leonora I DIDO (within 3 hours from site) or FIFO from Perth
Roster: 8:6, 2:2, 2:1 or 7:7 (Digger Mechanic)
Rates: Up to $96 per hour (temp to perm)

Responsibilities
Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on Hitachi 3600 Excavators
Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance
Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures
Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance
Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home secure, every swing
Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work
