About the Role
We are seeking motivated and efficient harvest supervisors to join our team.
In this role you will lead your team, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere, while maximising picking efficiencies, focusing on fruit quality and maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere. You will also be responsible for:
Coordinate daily responsibilities in line with our daily harvest strategy
Coordinate and manage team rosters
Monitor attendance and worker welfare
Complete daily field estimates with Harvest Manager
Work with your team to deliver the harvest plan
Responsible for quality control for your team and field
About You
This role is ideal for a positive, motivated individual with a strong desire to develop, support and lead a team. It presents an exciting prospect for someone with previous leadership experience who enjoys a hands-on role and working outdoors.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
