Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Engineer for a short-term role with the opportunity for full time employment for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite for the full duration of the contract, based in Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs.

n

The successful applicant will have:

n

n
Solid expertise in SQL Server (2020 or similar), including T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and views for data extraction, transformation, and loading activities
n
Proven experience in query optimisation and performance tuning
n
Experience designing and implementing efficient, scalable database schemas and structures
n
Experience managing ETL processes using tools such as SSIS
n
Demonstrated experience working with Qlik for data modelling and reporting, and integrating with Snowflake
n
Experience moving data between Snowflake and AWS S3
n




Familiarity with API management and integration patterns, ideally using Apigee
n
Experience working within data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, particularly in regulated environments
n
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Solid problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex integration and database issues
n
