Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of experienced emergency nurses in collaboration with other team leaders, Veterinary Director, and Practice Manager
n
Support a positive culture and have fun with your team
n
Maintain a high standard of patient and client care
n
Communicate effectively with your team
n
Rostered alongside your team leading by example
n
Engage in ongoing professional development
n

Our Ideal Candidate

n

n
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing. Preferably experienced in a leadership position (Practice Manager)




n
5+ years of experience in a busy GP clinic or in an emergency/critical care role
n
Strong technical skills (IV catheter placement, blood sampling, anaesthesia monitoring)
n
Calm, focused, and compassionate under pressure
n
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient and client care
n
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster with time to plan for your team's success
n
