The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our team and help older Australians move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence. This is a hands-on role combining assessment, treatment, and group-based exercise in a agile and supportive environment.

What you’ll do
Deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to older adults.
Lead engaging classes and programs focused on mobility, balance, strength, and independence.
Work collaboratively with Personal Trainers, and our broader team to deliver holistic care.
Track and report member outcomes to demonstrate impact in positive ageing.




Support The Monday Club community through education, member engagement, and wellness initiatives.

What we’re looking for
Degree in Exercise Physiology.
ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
Proven experience working with older adults in rehab, wellness, or community settings.
Strong exercise prescription skills.
Great communication and interpersonal skills - able to build trust and rapport with members.
A genuine passion for supporting people to live well and age well.
