Marketing & Events Assistant

We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team in Bayswater.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is energetic, creative, organised and loves getting involved. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just wait to be told what to do - you naturally spot opportunities, get people involved and make things happen.

What you’ll be doing
Managing our social media pages and keeping our content fresh and engaging
Taking photos and videos of projects, people, events and day-to-day business activities
Creating social media content, marketing materials and graphics using Canva
Assisting with company events, functions and promotional activities
Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives
Looking for opportunities to showcase our people, projects and business
Working with different teams across the business to capture stories and content
General marketing and administration support

What we’re looking for
Canva competency is a must
Experience with social media management and content creation




Confident with photography and capturing content on the go
A bubbly, fun and energetic personality
Someone who is naturally proactive and always looking for opportunities
Robust communication skills — both written and verbal
A confident and friendly face-to-face and phone manner
Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working with a range of people and getting out from behind the desk
A genuine interest in marketing, events, social media and building a brand
