Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Storeman / Warehouse & Logistics to join our team at Hydac' in Altona North, VIC. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing and logistics functions.

What you'll be doing

n

n
Loading & unloading trucks and Forklift driving
n
Data entry into computer system
n
Sorting and filing documents with reference to shipments
n
Stocking goods in the appropriate racks or location
n
Stock checking, counting and verification
n
Physical picking of items, assembly and packing
n
Prepare documents for dispatch
n
Maintaining the factory and store area in a clean and protected condition
n
Perform administrative tasks and documentation control in an ISO9001 setting
n

What we're looking for

n

Qualifications:

n

n
Forklift Licence – backed up with demonstrable forklift driving experience
n
Cert IV Warehousing certificate
n
A good level of mechanical aptitude an advantage
n

n

Additional Skills:

n

n
Very good written and verbal communication skills in the English language
n
High attention to detail
n




Reliability with a good work ethic and organisational skills
n
Committed to ensure that tasks are followed through and completed efficiently
n
Willingness to be "hands on" and fully involved in the production process as required
n
