Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst – Payroll space/Timesheeting system.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
Act as Proxy PO, assisting the PO for multiple screens.
n
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce helpful reports.
n
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross‐functional team members and management.
n
Translate ambiguous business ideas into explicit technical requirements.
n
Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
n
Demonstrate innovation and problem‐solving skills, think outside the box, and suggest improvements and changes.
n
Perform process modelling, preferably using Signavio.
n
Work on employee life cycle within Payroll space (timesheets,



employee life cycle) for creating a timesheeting system.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Minimum 8 years of BA experience – requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and requirement prioritization.
n
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
n
Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
n
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
n
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
n
Ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions.
n
Experience with process modelling tools, preferably Signavio.
