A leading national law firm is seeking a highly organised

Executive Coordinator to support its senior leadership team and keep their Managing Partner and COO offices running smoothly! This role sits at the centre of executive support, governance, compliance and project coordination perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced professional services environment who has experience working as an EA or Legal Secretary in professional services setting who is keen to diversify their skill set.

About the role:
Provide high‑level diary, meeting and admin support to senior executives
Coordinate board papers, governance workflows and Diligent uploads
Attend board meetings, record minutes and track actions
Manage expenses, credit card reconciliations and finance admin
Maintain access for online courts/registries and support compliance submissions
Assist with insurance renewals and regulatory submissions




Provide administrative support for firmwide projects
Assist with national projects, CAB meetings and BST initiatives
Support WHS coordination across offices

About you:
4+ years’ experience in Executive support or Legal Secretary role
Strong judgement, confidentiality and stakeholder engagement skills
Advanced MS Office capability (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
iManage/Aderant experience highly regarded
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
Strong verbal and written and communication skills to build solid skilled relationships with senior management
