Genus Environmental is seeking experienced Climbing Arborists to join our vegetation management crews delivering essential urban tree management services across Western Australia.

About The Role

n

You'll perform aerial tree work in urban environments while working closely with experienced ground crews to safely deliver vegetation management services.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Perform climbing operations using industry best practice techniques.
n
Prune and remove vegetation.
n
Work safely around live electrical infrastructure.
n
Undertake aerial rescue and emergency procedures where required.
n
Inspect climbing equipment and complete pre-start checks.
n
Follow work plans, safety procedures and environmental requirements.
n
Mentor and support less experienced crew members where appropriate.
n
Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
n

About You

n





You'll Ideally Have

n

n
Demonstrated climbing arborist experience.
n
Certificate III in Arboriculture (or working towards) highly regarded.
n
Current White Card.
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n
ESI or utility vegetation experience highly regarded.
n
Solid knowledge of safe climbing practices.
n
Commitment to safety and teamwork.
n
Excellent communication skills and work ethic.
n
