Finance & Insurance Business Manager – Geely | XPENG

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to help establish and grow our F&I; operation across both brands.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:
Managing the end-to-end finance and insurance process.
Presenting tailored finance, insurance and protection products to customers.
Working closely with the Sales Team to maximise finance penetration and dealership performance.
Managing finance applications from submission through to settlement.
Maintaining robust relationships with lenders, insurers and customers.
Ensuring all F&I; activities meet regulatory, compliance and manufacturer requirements.
Maintaining accurate documentation and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You

To be successful, you will have:




Proven previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager — this is essential. Applicants without previous F&I; experience will not be considered.
A solid understanding of automotive finance, insurance products and compliance requirements.
A proven track record of achieving finance and insurance targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A proactive, driven and results-focused approach.
