Role Requirements

Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service

Provide tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills
n
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Participate in retail events and theme days
n
Maintain 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming standards.
n
Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks
n
Attend mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)

Robust makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Team player with a positive attitude

Flexible availability including late nights and weekends
