Precision Labour Hire is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Dockhands for immediate starts with our busy national freight client based in Carrara.

These are ongoing Monday to Friday opportunities across AM and PM shifts within a fast-paced freight environment, offering consistent work for physically fit and safety-conscious candidates who enjoy hands-on work.

Available Shifts:

· AM Shift: Monday to Friday roster, 5:00am – 9:00am

· PM Shift: Monday to Friday roster, 1:00pm – 5:00pm

· Pay Rate: $33.58 /hr

Duties Include:
Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
Sorting parcels into delivery zones and by postcode
Moving freight throughout the depot using roller conveyor systems
Handling large, awkward and oversized freight, including trampolines, gym equipment and other bulky items
Repetitive manual handling and lifting of parcels weighing 25kg+
Opening and closing tautliner curtains, strapping and securing freight
Breaking down pallets and cardboard




General warehouse duties and maintaining a clean and secure work environment

To Be Successful You Will Have:
Previous experience in freight, transport, warehousing, logistics or labouring (highly regarded)
The physical capability to perform repetitive manual handling throughout your shift
Experience working with trailers, load restraint or freight handling (advantageous)
A robust work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team workplace
A current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport, as the site is not accessible by public transport
Full Australian working rights
Your own PPE, including a hi-vis shirt, work pants and steel cap boots
Availability to work Monday to Friday with an immediate start
