Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, refine, and manage requirements.

Translate business needs into transparent user stories, functional and non-functional requirements.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including refinement sessions and backlog management.
n
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
n
Ensure requirement traceability, impact analysis, and documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE).
n
Develop test scenarios and support UAT to validate requirements.
n
Identify dependencies and ensure alignment across workstreams.
n




Continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Skills & Requirements

n

n
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Expertise in requirement gathering, user stories, and documentation.
n
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MIRO.
n
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
n
Experience in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
n
Ability to work in fast-paced settings with changing priorities.
