We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well-established agency in Mt Gravatt. This is an excellent opportunity to take over a well-maintained portfolio while working within a genuinely supportive team that values collaboration, flexibility and a positive workplace culture.

Reporting directly to an experienced and approachable Head of Department, you'll have the support you need to focus on delivering exceptional service to your landlords and tenants.

The Role
n
n
Manage a clean portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
n
End-to-end portfolio management including maintenance, lease renewals, arrears, inspections, entries and exits
n
Routine inspections completed by routines officer, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio
n
Work with PropertyMe
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
n
Monday to Friday role with one day working from home each week
n

About You
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience managing your own residential portfolio in a Senior role
n
Previous experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded
n
Solid organisational and time management skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
