A global technology business is bringing in a Financial Accountant to cover a period of leave. The role sits close to the Finance Manager and offers immediate exposure to a rapid moving, high scale commercial workplace.

The Role
n

Manages month end close, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables
n
Supports the Finance Manager across day to day financial accounting tasks
n
Maintains accuracy across ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations
n
Assists with audit support documentation as required
n
Steps into an established finance function with minimal ramp up time
n
Contributes to process improvement where gaps are identified
n
n
Background Required
n
n
Financial Accountant with robust month end and reconciliation experience
n
Immediately available or on a short notice period
n
Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth commercial business
n
CA or CPA qualified, or working towards, preferred but not essential
n
n

Hourly rate of $50 to $60 plus super, six month contract. Hybrid working from a Melbourne CBD office. A defined scope with genuine exposure to a large scale technology business.
