Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Broker to join their team in their brand-new office in Burleigh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both residential and commercial lending, with a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and develop current client relationships through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Loan Applications: Process loan applications, gather required documentation, and conduct financial assessments to determine eligibility.

Loan Structuring: Provide expert advice on loan structuring, interest rates, and repayment terms to meet clients' individual needs.

Negotiation:Negotiate with lenders to secure the best possible terms and conditions for clients.

Compliance:Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field.

Well connected in the industry.
