Job Description

Adelaide Football Club is seeking a Membership Operations Officer based at our West Lakes headquarters, working in office with the Membership team. You will manage the membership database, process payments and support events and engagement activities that connect members with AFL and AFLW match days.

You will resolve member enquiries, generate reports to support renewals and campaigns, and coordinate the Member Engagement Panel and fulfilment activities with external providers.
