We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support our retail operations.

Responsibilities

In conjunction with the Store Manager, manage the running of the store.
n
Lead, coach and develop the team.
n
Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers.
n
Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company.
n
Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team.
n
Implement promotional and visual merchandising initiatives as directed.
n
Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained.
n
Create employee rosters and manage employee time recording and hours.
n
Process and replenish stock.
n

Qualifications

n
A genuine love and understanding of our brand.

An experienced leader with excellent mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire your team.
n
Previous experience in retail management in a retail fashion store (highly desirable).
n
Ability to cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability to maximise performance.

Outstanding communication skills.
n
Passionate about fashion with strong visual merchandising and styling skills.

A desire for continuous improvement.

Availability to work a Sunday‐Thursday roster.
